CAN YOU TRAVEL TO ME?

All services are provided from our studio. Travel is unfortunately not available for any services. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment.

The remaining amount may be paid with cash, EFTPOS, PayWave or AfterPay at your appointment.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?

We have a super efficient booking system set up that is linked right here, which you can book in an appointment ASAP.

 

CAN I BRING A FRIEND, PARTNER, FAMILY MEMBER OR CHILD TO MY APPOINTMENT? 

Our studio is not set up to accommodate guests. Please arrive alone to your appointment.

We understand things happen and you may be in a situation where you must bring your child. We just ask that it is not a regular occurrence, we want you to be able to relax and our focus to be uninterrupted to provide you with the best experience we possibly can.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SKIN / EYE CONDITION?

PLEASE notify the studio prior to any appointments if it is regarding allergies or conditions. This is to prevent any reactions that may potentially occur from the service. I am not responsible for any adverse or allergic reactions. It is the clients responsibility to inform me of any relevant allergy, condition or sickness. Please note that if you have any of the following that services will not be performed under any circumstances:

styes, conjunctivitis, cold sores, impetigo, rashes, scabies, boils, warts, sunburn or any viral, bacterial or fungal infections such as the flu, tonsillitis, a common cold ect.

 

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Ensure you have read all emails and double check your appointment time.

LASHES:

• Please arrive with absolutely no makeup on. If you have eye makeup on this will heavily effect the lasting time of your lashes and will waste our appointment time having to clean it off
• Please avoid having caffeine or stimulants prior, this can cause eye fluttering which makes it very difficult to apply the extensions
• Please remove eye contacts prior to appointment
• Please use the bathroom prior to appointment, as full sets take 2+ hours and it is best if you are comfortable

BROWS:

• Please arrive with no makeup on the face and eyebrows
• Please wash your face prior to appointment to remove any oils or left over makeup residue
• Let me know at the appointment the colour, thickness and shape you'd like
